1. Scope

These Terms govern access to courses, digital materials, communities, templates, learning resources, and educational services made available by RPL Institute.

2. Personal License

Purchased access is personal, limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable. Users may not resell, redistribute, publicly publish, mass-copy, record restricted content, share login credentials, or otherwise make protected course content available to third parties except where expressly permitted.

3. Educational Content

The courses are educational in nature. Programming languages, frameworks, libraries, and external platforms change over time, so RPL Institute may update, replace, reorganize, or remove lessons where reasonably necessary to keep the training current.

4. Professional and Financial Results

RPL Institute does not guarantee employment, clients, revenue, profit, freelance work, contracts, or any specific financial result. Examples of professional use are educational illustrations only.

5. Payments and Access

Prices, currency, access duration, and benefits included in each plan are those presented on the sales page and checkout at the time of purchase. Access may be suspended for fraud, abusive chargebacks, credential sharing, or material violations of these Terms, subject to applicable law.

6. Intellectual Property

RPL Institute branding, lessons, videos, worksheets, templates, exercises, text, and original educational materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws unless a different license is expressly stated.

7. Service Availability

We aim to keep services available, but temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, technical incidents, third-party providers, or events outside our reasonable control.

8. Changes

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be communicated where required by applicable law.
